Salsa Verde

Ingredients

• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 anchovy filet, rinsed
• 1 tbsp capers, rinsed
• 25g of flat-leaved parsley
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Salt and pepper to taste (don't be shy with the salt)

Steps

1. If doing 1x this recipe, just put it all in a wide cup and use an immersion blender.
2. It is recommended to do 4x this recipe in a food processor and then freeze it in 4 batches.
